Colleen Steffl and her team epitomize integrity, energy, and hard work. Her caring, attentive, and creative service will wow you as she oversees every detail of your real estate transaction. A York University and Humber College graduate, Colleen started her sales career with an International News Agency in Europe selling Advertising. She has continued to rise early, dig deep, and has built a solid sales career with 18 years dedicated to real estate sales. She has worked in all areas of real estate sales: buyers, sellers, investors, commercial, land development, and new construction.

An athlete by nature, in the winter, she enjoys skiing and snowboarding with her family, and summer loves the family cottage at Wasaga Beach. Her love of yoga grew deeper when she lived in an Ashram for a number of months while studying yoga and its teachings. She constantly tries to challenge herself to try new things and ensure she gives it her all. Colleen has been sales trained by the award-winning Xerox organization, the Dan Plowman Training Systems, Craig Proctor, and currently being coached by Tom Ferry. Colleen uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become issues or problems. She and her team work with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and lawyers to have a seamless and problem-free selling and/ buying experience.
